Chef Patrick Fanning is Owner/Partner at Stoked and Partner/Chef at The High Spot in Cambridge, MD.
He grew up In Brandywine, Maryland and received his Culinary Arts degree from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, where he studied with some of the best chefs in the country. Chef Fanning was one of the 5 finalist for 2012 Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Maryland. He was the only finalist from the Eastern Shore.
